Tickets
A ticket admits one named attendee to one event. Seats are limited and confirmed only once payment has completed. Adding a ticket to your basket holds the seat for a short period, after which it is released to other buyers.
Transfers. If you cannot attend, email us and we will move your ticket to a colleague at no cost, up to 48 hours before the event.
Refunds (placeholder). Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event date. Within 14 days, tickets are transferable but not refundable. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you receive a full refund or a seat at the new date, your choice.
Retreats and application-only programs
Some programs are by application. Submitting an application is not a booking, and we may decline. If accepted, payment terms are confirmed in writing before any charge is made.
Products
Physical products are made in small runs. Where an item is out of stock we will tell you before charging. Digital products are delivered by email and, because they cannot be returned once downloaded, are non-refundable except where faulty.
Returns (placeholder).Unworn physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown and charged in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Payment is processed by Paymob; your card details are handled entirely by them and never reach our systems. If you are paying with a card issued outside Egypt, your bank may apply a currency conversion or international transaction fee that we do not control and cannot refund.
Consulting engagements
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of consulting services. Organizational engagements (diagnostics, strategy, leadership programs) are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
